The architect and developer is the MELO Group. The reservation and payment structure requires interested buyers to pay 10% of the price at reservation. Another 10% is required upon signing the contract, with 20% due upon ground breaking. There will be another 10% due at the top off stage with the balance (50%) due upon completion and closing.
